Coordinator Industrial Hygiene.
Update 12 September 2024. Qualifications:- Diploma of Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety / Environmental Engineering;
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the same field;
- Have a Ahli K3 Umum Certificate;
- Have a AK3 Lingkungan Kerja Muda / HIMU Certificate;
- Have attended certification or training of Hyper Health would be an advantage;
- Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 (working) : 2 (off) roster system
- Develop weekly and daily work programs for the Industrial Hygiene Control and Radiation Protection Control Team;
- Develop Industrial Health and Hygiene programs (canteen/kitchen food, office, factory work environment, etc.);
- Supervise the measurement and management of the workplace environment (noise, dust, vibration, etc.);
- Advise and collaborate with management to resolve occupational health issues;
- Develop and implement health risk assessments;
- Innovate the company's work environment program.
Staff IT.
Update 10 September 2024. Requirements :- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology / Information Systems;
- 2 - 3 years working experience as IT Staff;
- Proficient in Mikrotik Router configuration MTCNA Certification;
- Mastering concepts of IP Addressing, Subnetting, and VLAN;
- Mastering Fiber Optic Splicing and its tools;
- Perform network troubleshooting;
- Adequate mastery of Windows Operating System, Linux Macintosh repair and operation;
- Able to troubleshoot IT devices (Desktop PC, Laptop/Notebook, Printer, Scanner, Multifunction Photocopier);
- Willing to be placed in a sister company (Port Industry) at North Morowali Site with a roster system of 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).
- Ensure that computer devices used by employees are functioning properly;
- Ensure regular backup of data;
- Monitoring protection and security of each computer device from viruses/malware and maintaining data security from fraud;
- Ensuring IT support devices (Printers, Scanners, etc.) are functioning properly;
- Performing maintenance on the local internet network to function properly;
- Performing WIFI network optimization and Internet network configuration;
- Maintenance of fiber optic cable networks and CCTV cameras.
Export Specialist (Mandarin Speaker).
Update 4 September 2024. Requirements :- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Export;
- Maximum 33 years old;
- Preferably with a background of corporate finance knowledge and research;
- Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data;
- Handy with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization;
- Fluent in Mandarin;
- Placement in Head Office (Jakarta).
- Validate and coordinate import/export transactional data requirements.
- Validates and coordinates import/export transactional requirements, including preparation of documents (e.g. invoices, preferential trade documentation, commercial invoices, customs documentation, etc.), using a basic to medium knowledge of global trade compliance operations practices and procedures.
- Execute controls to align with risk-control framework and guidance from centers of expertise to resolve cross-border issues.
- Identify and resolve issues in coordination with appropriate resources and evaluate the need for internal escalation to ensure compliant execution of cross border transactions.
- Support and monitor cargo in transit to ensure timely shipping schedule, border crossing and compliance with local and overseas customs authorities.
- Execute Customs clearance & file import/export declarations using defined procedures, prepares and submits, with limited supervision, import and export self-filings, and / or submits instructions to customs brokers for preparing customs declaration forms (including SAP/GTS).
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Crew TPS Sampah Domestik.
Update 9 September 2024. Qualifications :- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan Excel
- Mampu mengendarai mobil (memiliki sim A dan C aktif)
- Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan angkat dan angkut
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan disiplin dalam bekerja
- Berdomisili Morowali Utara dan Sulawesi Tengah lebih diutamakan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di sister company di Morowali Utara dengan 6 hari kerja dan 1 hari off
- Mengelola Operasional TPS Sampah domestik.
- Melakukan penerimaan dan pemilahan sampah domestik sesuai dengan karakteristiknya.
- Mencatat serah terima sampah domestik yang masuk dan keluar pada Log Book.
- Melakukan perawatan kebersihan bangunan TPS.
- Melakukan aktivitas harian, membuat laporan secara manual maupun komputer.
- Memperhatikan K3 dalam setiap pekerjaan.
Supervisor HSE (Port and Marine).
Update 8 September 2024. Qualifications:- Minimum Bachelor from Engineering / Health / Marine Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same field;
- Expert in General OHS, OHS Management System (SMK3), ISM Code, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS);
- Having work experience as HSE in port / shipping is preferred;
- Have POPAL/PPA, PLB3/OPLB3 certificate (not required);
- Understanding of hazardous waste and liquid waste management process;
- Willing to be placed at sister company in North Morowali with 8 (working) : 2 (off) roster system
- Conduct safety audits both internal and external;
- Conduct statistical analysis of accidents/incidents, identify trends and suggest improvement plans;
- Carry out and ensure safety induction for all employees and external parties who will enter the company premises;
- Conduct risk assessments;
- Carry out incident investigations based on appropriate incident levels & propose recommendations for corrective action;
- Prepare OHS Management System (SMK3) documents;
- Make weekly and monthly reports of all activities related to occupational safety and health to superiors.
Electrical Safety Expert.

- Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum from Kemenakertrans RI)
- Have a Certificate (Implementasi SMK3 from Kemenakertrans RI)
- Have a Certificate Trainer of Trainer (TOT)
- Preparing Hazard Identification, Assessment and Risk Control of Electrical Work
- Develop plans and implement periodic Electrical Installation Inspection programs as an effort to fulfil K3 regulations and standards
- Provide training, coaching and advice to workers regarding the implementation of Electrical K3 in the workplace
- Make report on the results of inspections of electrical and installations and present them to management.
Ahli K3 Pesawat Tenaga Produksi.
Update 5 September 2024. Kualifikasi:- Memiliki Sertifikat (Ahli K3 Pesawat Tenaga Produksi dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi RI) (Wajib)
- Memiliki Sertifikat (Ahli K3 Umum dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi RI)
- Memiliki Sertifikat (Implementasi SMK3 dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi RI)
- Memiliki Sertifikat Trainer of Trainer (TOT) menjadi nilai plus
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Morowali Utara dengan Sistem Roster 10 Minggu (Work) : 2 Minggu (Off)
- Melakukan Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian dan Pengendalian Risiko Pengoperasian Pesawat Tenaga Produksi ditempat kerja
- Menyusun rencana serta melaksanakan program inspeksi K3 Pesawat Tenaga Produksi secara periodik sebagai upaya pemenuhan regulasi dan standar K3
- Memberikan Pelatihan, Coaching dan Advice kepada pekerja terkait Keselamatan Pesawat Tenaga Produksi ditempat kerja
- Membuat laporan hasil inspeksi keselamatan Pesawat Tenaga Produksi dan mempresentasikannya kepada manajemen
